About Me

Who I Am

I’m Jessica Crane - founder of JC Virtual Assistant, LLC, a support-driven billing and administrative practice serving mental-health providers in Idaho and beyond. I’m someone who finds purpose in bringing calm to chaotic moments clarity to complicated systems, and compassion to the people who spend their days caring for others.

I’ve always been the person who notices when someone is overwhelmed and quietly steps in to help. Turning that instinct into business wasn’t a strategy - it was a calling.

Why I Do This

I believe mental‑health providers deserve support just as much as the people they serve. They deserve someone who understands the emotional weight of their work and respects the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and calm communication.

My work isn’t just about billing or admin — it’s about creating space.
Space for rest.
Space for focus.
Space for breathing room.

When I take on your administrative load, I’m giving you back time, energy, and peace of mind.

My Story

JC Virtual Assistant, LLC began with a simple realization: therapists and counselors were carrying far more than the emotional weight of their clients. They were also carrying the burden of billing, insurance communication, scheduling, documentation, and endless administrative tasks that drained their time and energy.

I saw brilliant, empathetic providers struggling under the pressure of paperwork — and I knew I could help. I’ve always had a natural talent for organization, systems, and details, but more importantly, I have a heart for people who give so much of themselves.

So I built a business rooted in compassion, clarity, and support. A place where mental‑health professionals can hand off the tasks that overwhelm them and trust that everything will be handled with care.

My Approach

My approach combines organized workflows, proactive communication, and consistent follow‑through. I prioritize clarity, accuracy, and reliability in every part of the administrative process.

I build systems that reduce stress, streamline tasks, and keep your practice running smoothly. Whether I’m managing billing, coordinating schedules, or communicating with clients, I focus on efficiency, transparency, and support that feels calm and dependable.

Professional Background

Before starting my business, I spent eight years in healthcare administration, including seven years at St. Luke’s and one year as an office manager for a hospice company. These roles strengthened my skills in scheduling, patient communication, documentation management, and handling sensitive information with care and accuracy.

Those experiences shaped the way I work today: calm under pressure, organized, detail‑oriented, and deeply respectful of the emotional weight carried by healthcare professionals.

I now provide 40–50 hours each month of administrative and billing support for a counseling practice, giving me hands‑on insight into the unique needs and rhythms of mental‑health providers.

Outside of Work

I’m a mom, a nature-lover, and someone who finds joy in simple things - backyard wildlife, caring for my garden and creating calm spaces. I bring the same grounded energy to my work.

I believe in kindness and doing things with heart.
